Rance D. Denton is a writer of novel-length fiction, short stories, academic analysis, and the occasional poem.  He received his degree in English literature from Towson University and travelled extensively during his undergraduate career to present grant-funded literary research at various colleges in the United States.  He is currently completing his M.A. in Humanities at Towson.

When not teaching or writing, he podcasts about movies, books, and games with his brother, struggles in vain to curb his crippling television addiction, woefully regrets the amount of books he hasn’t read, and re-enacts Civil War and WWII-era history with historians far more knowledgable than he could ever hope to be.

He currently resides just outside Baltimore with his wife, two demanding felines, and whole bunch of fish.
